Payment
Once an order is placed, an order confirmation with both order ID and bank details will be sent. After making payment, send payment proof with the relevant order ID to either Instagram or info@wyrdnweft.ltd. Make sure to include either your invoice ID or Order ID in the reference field when making payment. International customers must reach out via Instagram or info@wyrdnweft.ltd before placing an order.
Pre-Orders & Production
All pieces are made-to-order through timed exclusive drops. Once a drop is announced, there's a limited timeframe to place orders. After that period closes, all orders go straight to production with no cancellations possible. Production timelines and delivery dates may vary depending on demand and material availability.
Cancellations
No cancellations possible after payment is made. If payment hasn't been made within 30 days of placing an order, it'll be discarded and forgotten.
Shipping & Delivery
Currently shipping within Sri Lanka only. International shipping is possible under special circumstances - contact via Instagram or info@wyrdnweft.ltd to discuss. Additional shipping charges will apply and must be covered by the customer.
Important for international orders: These take significantly longer than domestic orders. Items take 2-3 weeks to arrive in Sri Lanka first, followed by quality checks. If something doesn't meet standards, it goes back for a redo. Only after passing quality checks will items be repackaged and shipped internationally using First Class Package Delivery. Expect the full process to take several weeks minimum, possibly longer depending on quality checks and destination.
For domestic Sri Lankan orders: Once items arrive, quality checks and repackaging happen before delivery within 24-72 hours via courier partner.
If packages get lost or damaged during delivery, contact immediately via Instagram or info@wyrdnweft.ltd with full name and order ID. For domestic orders, issues will be sorted. For international orders, reach out and assistance will be provided where possible.
Pricing
For Sri Lankan customers, shipping charges are included in the displayed price. For international orders, shipping charges vary based on location and will be calculated separately.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are currently only available for domestic customers and only if items are in mint condition with tags and packaging intact. Quality checks are made prior to delivery, so defects are very rare. If the production partner sends a defective or incorrect item, a full refund will be provided with no trouble.
Dispute Resolution
If claiming an order wasn't received, a thorough investigation with the courier partner will be conducted. If the claim is validated, a full refund will be provided.
Order Accuracy
Double-check size selection and order details before submitting the order form. Changes can be requested after receiving order confirmation but before making payment. Once payment is made, no changes are possible.
Sizing & Fit
Size charts will be mentioned on the order forms. If unsure, check the size chart on the website.
Your Responsibilities
Double-check delivery address, payment details, and size selection. No responsibility taken for orders sent to incorrect addresses, payments made to wrong account numbers, or wrong sizes selected by the customer.
Our Rights
The right is reserved to refuse delivery on any order, with a full refund provided only if payment has been made. These terms may be updated occasionally - continued use means acceptance of changes.
Privacy
Information is collected through Google Forms for order processing & delivery purposes only. Details are deleted after delivery completion. Information is not sold or shared with anyone.
Intellectual Property
Designs are inspired by historical folklore and cultural sources that exist in the public domain. The specific artistic interpretations and executions are original creative work.
Force Majeure
Delays or issues may occur due to production complications, supplier shortages, shipping disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond control. Best efforts will be made to fulfill orders, but delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed under these conditions. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to such circumstances, a full refund will be provided if payment has been made.
